When I was a young girl in the 70's , my mother took me to a bookstore.

As soon as we walked through the doors, she smiled and asked, " What do you smell?"

I answered, "Books."

She said, "No Sharon... what you're smelling is knowledge. Knowledge leads to wisdom and wisdom lead to health and wealth. Never stop learning."

I've never forgotten those words.

To this, day, I still believe we should learn something new every day. That love of learning has shaped who I am, the way I coach, and the way I care for others.
