I was once shattered at a very young age. With help of a counselor, I began rebuilding my life. She first took me back to the painful event and taught me how to see it as fact rather than reliving it emotionally. Over time, my body would stopped reacting to the memory, and healing began.
I still struggled with self worth, destructive behavior, physical and emotional distress then years later when I was facing cancer I gave my life over to Jesus, a Christian coach/ mentor help me move forward.
Maybe you've experienced trauma , grief, broken relationships, anxiety, abuse, addiction, loss ,or have judged yourself so harshly that you have lost hope of any thing getting better, or have doubt's, loneliness or you've simple reached a place where you wonder if life can ever feel whole again.
I understand those feelings because I've lived through similar experiences. I don't say that to minimize what you've been through. Your story is your own, and your pain is real. I simply want you to know you're talking with someone who understands what it feels like to hurt, to question, and to wonder if healing is even possible.
More importantly, I want you to know that healing is possible and you don't have to walk that journey alone.
Years ago, God began transforming my own broken life. He didn't erase my past, but He redeemed it. What once felt shattered has become part of the testimony He now uses to encourage others.
Today, my greatest joy is walking beside people as they discover hope, healing, purpose, and the masterpiece God sees within them. I don't believe healing comes from someone telling you what to do , but guiding you , equipping you, helping you set stepping stone goals to reach your heart desire or passion in life.
I believe healing begins when someone finally feels heard, understood, and accepted without judgement. That is the heart behind Once Shattered->Becomes a Masterpiece.
Whether we're sharing a cup of coffee, meeting online, talking by phone, creating stained glass, painting together , or simply sitting quietly while life feels overwhelming, my prayer is always the same, that you leave knowing you are seen, heard, valued and deeply loved by God and respected by me.
I believe God cares about the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. That's why my passion extends beyond coaching into ministry, creativity, wellness education, and caring for the animals He has entrusted to us and our family. Each has taught me something different abut patience, restoration, and God's amazing design.
One lesson life has taught me is this: Compassion changes lives.
Whether caring for a newborn goat struggling to survive, teaching a child to create their first stained-glass project(or grown ups), encouraging someone through grief, or celebrating a breakthrough with a client, every moment reminds me that healing rarely happens all at once.
It happens one loving step at a time. I can't change what happened yesterday . . . But together, with God's help we can begin building a healthier tomorrow.
If God has led you here, I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey toward healing , hope, and you becoming the masterpiece God has created anew!
Thank you for taking the time to visiting me today. I look forward to meeting you.
I pray that Father God smiles on you today.
Sincerely
Sharon Cruz-Pecina
